Technical Program Manager (TPM)

📋 Description

• Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs spanning hardware, infrastructure, IT systems
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, operations, IT, and commercial teams to align
• Create and maintain scalable systems and processes; balance long-term excellence with short-term
• Identify and manage risks; drive mitigation plans and timely escalation of critical issues.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to foster trust and transparent decision-making.
• Track and report program progress using data and narrative to communicate status to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience in IT or technology vendor industries.
• Hands-on experience with hardware solutions, hardware lifecycle management, or hardware-dependent
• Familiarity with infrastructure build projects (data centers, edge deployments, network
• Strong cross-functional alignment and ability to bring structure to ambiguous, fast-moving programs.
• Experience establishing scalable workflows and governance; comfortable with initial manual
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to translate technical concepts for
