📋 Description

• Lead coordination of engineering design deliverables, including technical specifications, design of
• Manage hardware component delivery timelines for development builds and drive qualification
• Develop and maintain detailed program schedules aligned with system requirements, technical risks
• Establish and maintain clear program structures, workflows, milestones, and operating rhythms
• Track program progress and communicate status, risks, mitigation plans, decisions, and key
• Monitor vendor tooling timelines, design sprint progress, and other critical activities affecting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hardware engineering or technical program management within the consumer
• Proven experience managing complex hardware development programs and consistently driving delivery
• Strong experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, vendors
• Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle, hardware design, fabrication
• Strong ability to create and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, dependencies, and risk
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts
