📋 Description

• Lead multi-disciplinary air programme across Chief Engineering, Product, and Programme Leadership
• Shape processes and ensure plans translate into measurable outcomes
• Build external aerospace partnerships and foster internal collaboration
• Coordinate across software, systems, flight physics, and aerodynamics teams
• Maintain delivery rhythm with structured, lean processes

🎯 Requirements

• Technical degree in aerospace, electrical, mechanical, physics or related field
• Experience in aerospace context and navigating its frameworks
• Proven track record coordinating complex cross-functional programmes
• Fluent German and English communication for senior stakeholders
• Ability to balance programme strategy with disciplined delivery
• Willingness to commit to minimum two days per week in Tussenhausen
