📋 Description

• Run site readiness for each AI factory, tracking the build prerequisites that must be complete
• Define and maintain readiness criteria, gates and checklists aligned to the DSX turn-up sequence
• Lead readiness reviews and site walks with the data centre build team and contractors, confirming
• Manage dependencies across design, procurement, construction, commissioning and network, keeping an
• Report readiness status to DSX leadership with a clear go or no-go position and early visibility of
• Drive issues to resolution, agreeing recovery plans with the build team and suppliers and

🎯 Requirements

• Technical programme or project management experience on data centre delivery, whether hyperscale
• A track record of already running site readiness, construction to deployment interface or
• Working knowledge of data centre electrical and mechanical systems, including liquid cooling, and
• Strong experience with readiness gates, milestone tracking, integrated schedules and dependency
• Confidence holding contractors and internal teams to standard, schedule and quality while keeping
• Experience supporting high-density GPU deployments, ideally on NVIDIA platforms
