📋 Description

• Lead AI IT modernization for VA healthcare and enterprise.
• Coordinate cross-functional AI/ML, legacy, infra, cybersecurity teams.
• Manage integrated plans, schedules, resources, risks, deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile sprints across multiple scrum teams with AI backlog.
• Track progress, milestones, dependencies, and budget.
• Ensure VIP framework alignment and successful modernization pilots.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Healthcare Admin/Engineering or related.
• 10+ years PM in enterprise IT or healthcare modernization; 3+ years AI/ML delivery.
• Federal government IT program mgmt experience; VA exposure preferred.
• Strong Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery; DevSecOps in federal envs.
• AI/ML lifecycle fluency: model development, prompt engineering, LLM apps.
• VA VistA/MUMPS architecture familiarity and EHR modernization.
