Lead day-to-day ops for multiple implementation projects.

Translate customer requirements into project plans and configuration strategies.
Communicate plans and status to internal staff and customer stakeholders.
Collaborate with project managers and partners for a streamlined implementation.
Proactively own RAID log and mitigate risks.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years client-facing PM experience leading enterprise deployments.
Experience deploying CCaaS platforms (Five9, Genesys, NICE CXone).
Translate complex technical issues into business language for executives.
BA/BS or equivalent required.
PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
