Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own the application lifecycle management end to end with defined stages and owners
• Build project timelines from engineer estimates and track progress
• Coordinate requirements across Software Eng, AI, Infra & Security teams
• Partner with Product Manager to prioritize projects and timelines
• Run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives with focus on velocity
• Manage projects with hard deadlines and resolve risks

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in technical project/ program management, startup/ high-growth
• Strong technical fluency: understand software builds and complexity
• Coordinate across multiple technical teams: SWE, AI/ML, infrastructure, DevOps, security
• Experience building realistic delivery timelines and accountability
• Highly organized with low tolerance for ambiguity
• Experience at an AI-native startup and delivering into enterprise security/infrastructure needs
