Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-team technical programs
• Coordinate across Engineering, Product, Design, Data for alignment
• Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint reviews, and program syncs
• Maintain Jira tracking and Confluence documentation, monitor risks
• Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies
• Define milestones, success metrics, and reporting to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical project or program management in fast-paced software environments
• Proven track record delivering multi-team programs from initiation to launch
• Deep Agile/Scrum mastery; adapt frameworks to team maturity
• Tooling: Jira roadmaps/boards and Confluence for docs
• Technical literacy to engage with staff engineers on architectures and APIs
• AI tool integration experience to accelerate output and docs
