Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Execute complex software implementations with executive sponsors.
• Lead onboarding for new and existing customers with best practices.
• Develop and maintain project plans, WBS, and communication cadences.
• Track scope and change orders in partnership with the customer.
• Produce weekly status reports and executive communications.
• Identify risks and issues; implement mitigation plans.
• Coach teammates across time zones to enable knowledge transfer.
• Contribute templates, policies, and tools to scale delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent; PMP/PRINCE2 preferred; 5+ yrs exp.
• 5+ years managing enterprise software implementations or related roles.
• Led cross-functional, multi-time-zone teams on engagements valued $0.5M+.
• Knowledge of waterfall and agile PM methodologies and tools.
• Executive presence with strong communication and stakeholder mgmt.
• Travel up to 10-15% for customer onsite meetings.
