Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end technical project plans for enterprise implementations.
• Lead detailed technical scoping and delivery plans with Eng & Solutions Engineer.
• Lead implementation planning sessions with customer IT, informatics, and ops.
• Serve as primary technical contact post-signature with customers.
• Align internal teams by surfacing feedback and prioritizing issues.
• Partner with Customer Success for smooth handoffs and unified messaging.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in TPM/Implementation Manager roles in SaaS or healthcare IT.
• Proven ability to lead complex enterprise implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Fluent in HL7 and FHIR, SSO, and data workflows.
• Experience with Epic or Cerner EMR systems.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deployments.
• Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
