Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end technical projects and programs involving Oracle Cloud/Fusion, Oracle Integration
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, budgets, and resource
• Coordinate project execution across technical teams, vendors, architects, developers, integration
• Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups
• Track delivery metrics such as velocity, sprint completion, throughput, cycle time, planned versus
• Monitor resource capacity, allocation, utilization, productivity, and workload, taking corrective

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT project or program management, with significant experience leading
• Strong background in Technical Project Management or Technical Program Management.
• Experience managing Oracle Cloud, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ERP, or enterprise
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Hands-on experience working with Agile metrics such as velocity, capacity, throughput, sprint
• Strong experience in resource planning, utilization, allocation, capacity management, and
