Technical Project Manager (AMER)

📋 Description

• Lead multiple implementations end to end, both new-customer onboardings and additional-product
• Take accountability for the outcome of every implementation, coordinating Constructor resources
• Run kickoffs, set milestones, track dependencies, and maintain a clear, shared view of status for
• Serve as the customer's primary point of contact through activation, setting expectations and
• Identify risks and blockers early, escalate effectively, and keep implementations moving toward
• Ensure clean handoffs into implementation from Sales and out of implementation to Customer Success

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of technical project management or onboarding project management experience
• A track record of owning delivery outcomes end to end and holding cross-functional contributors
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to run multiple implementations
• Customer-facing confidence: you can lead a kickoff, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and maintain clarity under
