Lead projects from planning to handover in fleet electrification and CMS onboarding.
Coordinate customers, contractors, OEMs, and internal teams across lifecycle.
Review designs, submissions, and ensure testing, compliance, and handover meet standards.
Provide technical leadership on charging infrastructure, site design, and grid upgrades.
Support bids, risk assessments, and documentation with practical, safe guidance.
Train and onboard customers and partners; drive adoption of CMS post-implementation.

🎯 Requirements

EV charging or energy project EPC experience, with design and commissioning knowledge.
Engineering degree (electrical/electronic/control/telecoms or similar).
Proven troubleshooting across electrical, communications, networking, software, and control systems.
Experience with energy/charge management or related software for monitoring.
Strong customer relationship skills and delivery management experience.
