Technical Project Manager (BUSY Bar)

📋 Description

• Organize sprint work, including planning, task breakdown, prioritization, and progress tracking.
• Translate product requirements and decisions into clear, actionable tasks for engineering and
• Track deadlines, dependencies, blockers, risks, and agreements across project participants.
• Maintain accurate backlogs, roadmaps, project documentation, and task statuses.
• Document product and technical decisions, requirements, meeting outcomes, and agreed next steps.
• Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, design, and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or
• Experience working directly within a product or engineering organization, rather than exclusively
• Hands-on experience running Agile/Scrum processes and managing sprint execution.
• Experience taking ownership of projects or products from initial scoping through release.
• Strong ability to write requirements, user scenarios, acceptance criteria, and development or
• Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams, dependencies, and external stakeholders.
