Technical Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of interface.ai's AI platform for assigned customers from contract to go-live.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and trackers.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout implementation.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to keep workstreams moving.
• Proactively identify project risks and remediation plans.
• Lead recurring status meetings and executive check-ins.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology or equivalent.
• 4+ years PM experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software for financial institutions.
• Experience leading large-scale multi-phase implementations with external customers.
• Proficiency with Gantt charts, Kanban, and project management tools; build detailed plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; exec status meetings.
• Experience with credit unions or regulated financial institutions is a plus.
