Drive end-to-end delivery of engineering programs across the SDLC.
Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
Configure Jira and Confluence; manage dashboards and docs.
Track progress, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
Monitor velocity, cycle time, throughput, and sprint predictability.
Maintain RAID logs and status updates; collaborate with Product/Engineering/Leadership.

🎯 Requirements

4–5 years PM/PGM experience in engineering or product.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC.
Hands-on Jira and Confluence experience.
Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
Experience tracking engineering delivery metrics and managing project risks.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
