Drive project planning, sprint planning, release readiness, production readiness.
Manage project risks, issue resolution, dependencies, escalation, and metrics.

🎯 Requirements

10-12 years in data and/or AI eng with lead/PM roles.
Experience leading 10+ engineers and cross-functional teams.
Able to operate in design reviews and executive stakeholder meetings.
Strong written/verbal communication; clear status updates and client presentations.
Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching, and career guidance.
Deep data engineering fundamentals: batch/streaming, modeling, warehousing.
