📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day management and delivery of an assigned workstream within a larger, multi-team
• Coordinate technical and cross-functional teams to keep the MVP rollout on schedule and support a
• Drive V2 definition and scoping by working with stakeholders to clarify business needs, technical
• Apply tactical technical analysis to understand system details, dependencies, constraints, and
• Track milestones, progress, dependencies, resource needs, and timelines across the workstream.
• Identify risks, blockers, and delivery issues early, escalating appropriately and partnering with

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technical workstreams or projects within larger, multi-team
• Professional experience in financial services, with exposure to payments, credit, debit, ACH, or
• Background in software engineering, technical project delivery, systems analysis, or another
• Experience working with products or systems where an MVP is already in flight and the focus is
• Demonstrated ability to understand technical details, investigate issues, and work effectively with
• Experience scaling teams, including planning for additional resources and onboarding new engineers.
