Technical Project Manager (EMEA)

📋 Description

• Own the outcome of every implementation from kickoff to activation, coordinating Constructor
• Drive every contributor through influence rather than authority, holding each accountable to their
• Lead the customer experience as the primary point of contact through activation, running a clear
• Manage handoffs from Sales into implementation and from implementation into Customer Success and
• Build scalable process by standardizing how implementations are run, maintaining accurate tracking

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of technical project management or onboarding project management experience
• Track record of owning delivery outcomes end to end and holding cross-functional contributors
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to run multiple implementations
• Customer-facing confidence: can lead a kickoff, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and maintain clarity under
