• Plan, lead, and manage complex software development projects (apps, migrations).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Engineering or Info Systems.
• 3–4 years delivering complex software projects (apps, migrations, transformation).
• 2–3 years planning and leading projects through all phases.
• Strong knowledge of PMI, Agile, or hybrid PM approaches.
• Proficiency with web-based tools and Excel (formulas, pivots, charts).
• Analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills; experience documenting projects.
