📋 Description

• Lead projects from inception to close — plan timelines, prioritize work, and manage partner expectations.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to establish requirements and evaluate design alternatives.
• Write, groom, and prioritize user stories with strong business understanding.
• Lead all Scrum activities and manage related artifacts; drive on-time delivery of roadmap items.
• Own product release planning, testing coordination (UAT), and release notes.
• Champion AI enablement within the team — AI-driven backlog insights and tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven TPM/Scrum Master or hybrid TPM/Product Owner on a software product team.
• Strong technical fluency; understand tickets and systems; not required to be a developer.
• Clear, concise communication; distill problems and path to leadership.
• Inquisitive approach; ask right questions, assess capacity, flag risk early.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in work context.
• Experience driving release planning, release notes, and UAT across multiple teams.
