📋 Description

• Act as the primary interface between business partners and engineering squads.
• Analyze objectives and translate them into functional and technical specs.
• Partner with development teams to engineer scalable digital platforms.
• Organize, schedule, and rank tasks using Jira within a Kanban framework.
• Track milestones, identify bottlenecks, and lead proactive resolutions.
• Drive timely delivery of features with quality and business alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing technical delivery or software initiatives.
• Advanced English communication (written and spoken).
• Full-stack engineering with direct coding experience.
• Experience with modern web architectures and scalable platforms.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and Jira/Kanban.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specs.
• Hands-on Jira and Kanban to drive project execution.
