Technical Project Manager (TPM)

📋 Description

• Lead projects and R&D through the full SDLC from planning to release.
• Reduce bottlenecks by mapping handoffs across Eng, Product, QA, DevOps, Support, CS.
• Publish weekly delivery dashboards with status, deltas, and risks.
• Facilitate lean agile planning, standups, reviews; Scrum Master when needed.
• Own P0/P1 bugs and strategic delivery; fast-track triage and fixes.
• Lead release process with on-time, high-quality communications.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years in tech, with PM/SM/TPM/Release Manager roles.
• Deep SDLC knowledge; experience across software, QA, AI, infra, DevOps, IT, Data.
• Proven AI experience in the TPM domain.
• Excellent communicator; partner with execs, Product, Support, Marketing, CS.
• Hands-on with Jira/Linear: model workflows, dashboards, data-driven decisions.
• Experience coordinating globally distributed teams; excellent English.
