🎯 Requirements

• Master's in CS/Engineering; 3+ years as technical PM; fluent in French & English.
• Strong APIs, XML, JSON, and databases knowledge.
• Network topics: VPN and IP whitelisting.
• Jira, MS Project; PMP, Scrum, Agile.
• Familiarity with Kibana, Tableau, or Looker is a plus.
• Bonus: mobile protocols (SMS/USSD/WAP/SMPP) and mobile payments.
