🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PMP/PRINCE2 preferred.
• 5+ years in enterprise software implementation or related role.
• Experience leading cross-functional, dispersed teams up to 5.
• Knowledge of waterfall and agile PM methodologies.
• Executive presence with strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Willing to travel up to 10-15% for onsite meetings.
