Technical Property Manager (Vertical Transportation), Sales Market Germany (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Manage full technical Facility Management scope across the Sales Market
• Drive supplier performance and support long-term performance of property portfolio
• Lead supplier contract management in partnership with Procurement
• Active supplier quality management, mid & long term investment needs and budget overview
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance plans for Hard FM topics
• Act as trusted internal partner for stores and business functions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Facility Management, Construction and/or Real Estate
• Proven experience in supplier and contract management
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in cross-functional or matrix organisation
• Experience in budgeting, operational planning and cost management
• Experience with CAFM systems (e.g., Planon) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
