Champion clear, safety-compliant documentation standards
Deliver high-quality customer experience from unboxing to assembly

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Mechanical Engineering, or Graphic Design, or
5+ years of technical writing and technical illustration experience in consumer hardgoods
Proficiency in SolidWorks Composer or similar 3D CAD illustration software
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including Illustrator and Photoshop
Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign or dedicated authoring platforms
Direct experience managing multi-language localization workflows and translation agencies
