Technical Quality Program Manager

📋 Description

• Manage critical user experiences and internal workflows to improve product quality.
• Improve bug-reporting and feature-request funnels end-to-end.
• Make data-informed recommendations for feature requests and bugs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to measure bug management.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve incident management workflows and escalations.
• Build and maintain docs, trainings, and QA processes for quality feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in customer support operations, product ops, QA, or CX.
• Experience leveraging AI to streamline cross-functional programs.
• Experience collaborating with engineers/PMs and CX.
• Solved ambiguous problems and used data to build consensus.
• Experience tracking and analyzing key operational metrics to meet KPIs.
• Notion product expertise (nice to have).
