📋 Description

• Define community strategy, operating model, and metrics for all communities of practice across
• Lead governance for community types mapped to certification roles/personas.
• Establish community health dashboards and participation/content metrics to scale engagement.
• Recruit and support GEO Community Practice Leaders; cultivate global practitioner champions.
• Partner with GEO leaders, Product, Engineering, and ServiceNow University to scale expertise and AI
• Embed AI adoption frameworks and leverage AI-powered tools to scale operations with minimal

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in enablement, community management, learning & development, or technical program
• 5+ years leading communities of practice at scale (500+ participants across regions).
• 2+ years direct experience with AI technologies enabling AI adoption or AI-centric communities.
• Proven success launching community programs in matrixed organizations; governance, volunteer
• Experience presenting strategy/results to VP/SVP audiences with measurable business impact.
• Change management background with durable behavior change outcomes; familiarity with adult learning
