Technical Readiness & Communities Director

📋 Description

• Role to own strategy, design, and day-to-day operation of a communities of practice ecosystem
• Scale AI readiness and practitioner expertise across GEOs and customer-facing roles.
• Partner with GEO leadership, Product, Engineering, and ServiceNow University to build scalable
• Drive community governance, types, health dashboards, and engagement metrics.
• Lead practitioner engagement, recruiting and developing community leaders across regions.
• Embed AI adoption frameworks into community channels and leverage AI-enabled tools to scale

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in enablement, community management, or technical program management in enterprise tech.
• 5+ years leading communities of practice or centers of excellence at scale.
• 2+ years direct experience with AI technologies and AI-enabled enablement.
• Proven track record building community programs from scratch in large, matrixed orgs.
• Experience presenting strategy/results to VP/SVP-level audiences with measurable business impact.
• Change management experience delivering durable behavior change; bachelor’s degree or equivalent
