Technical Recruiter

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting across software, ML, infrastructure, and leadership.
• Partner with VP of Engineering, CTO, and managers on headcount.
• Build top-of-funnel using outbound, talent intelligence, and Mercor tools.
• Design assessments to predict on-the-job performance.
• Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and decision hygiene.
• Track funnel metrics and optimize pass-through rates and time-in-stage.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting across IC and leadership roles.
• Deep familiarity with SWE, MLE, Applied AI, Security, Infra, and TLM.
• Proven ability to build and scale hiring systems and metrics.
• Strong communication with VP of Engineering, CTO, and cross-functional teams.
• Confident representing Mercor brand to top candidates.
• Familiarity with Ashby or ability to adopt new tools quickly.
