• Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Data Science, and Product.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success and design interview processes.

• Help evolve recruiting systems, tooling, and processes as we scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in-house recruiting, with proven success recruiting technical talent.
• Curiosity and ability to quickly learn and credibly recruit new profiles.
• High ownership and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration with hiring teams and candidates.
• Proactive use of AI-enabled recruiting tech with continuous improvement.
• Team-first mindset and a positive attitude; no task is too big or too small.
