🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment; 2+ years in high-growth tech startups.
• 3+ years recruiting for technical roles (Software Eng, Data Science, ML, Product).
• Proven experience recruiting for a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on recruiting across UK and EU markets.
• Data-driven recruiting; comfortable with ATS (Ashby), Notion, and reports.
• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships across all levels.
