📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and search strategies.
• Build outbound sourcing plans for priority roles and pipelines.
• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience and interview coordination.
• Recruit hardware and software across engineering, autonomy, and manufacturing.
• Use Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Noon.ai to manage pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting with full-cycle ownership.
• Early career agency/search/staffing background or high-volume outbound recruiting.
• Experience recruiting hardware and software in hard-tech/robotics/autonomy environments.
• Strong outbound sourcing: mapping, LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach, and follow-ups.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and drive searches.
• Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Noon.ai.
