🎯 Requirements

• ~5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, incl tech roles.
• Experience recruiting in defense tech, gov contracting, or federal space.
• Familiarity with U.S. security clearances (Secret, TS, TS/SCI).
• Proven sourcing and closing in a tight talent market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong relationships.
• Comfort with ATS (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
