• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth startup or technical environment.
• Strong track record hiring AI/ML, infrastructure, platform engineering, full-stack, or developer tools.
• Strong sourcing ability to engage passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Ability to go deep quickly on unfamiliar technical domains and build credibility.
• Strong talent judgment delivering high-precision slates and calibration.
• Hands-on fluency with modern sourcing and AI recruiting tools.
