📋 Description

• Run a full-desk sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Represent SpaceX professionally to candidates and hiring teams.
• Collaborate with client groups on headcount and hiring strategy.
• Source passive candidates and build candidate pipelines.
• Attend interviews with client groups and discuss feedback.
• Lead offers, background checks, and extend offer letters.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years recruiting; or 2+ with associate; or 3+ years recruiter exp.
• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to closing.
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical and aerospace engineers.
• Comfort interfacing with hiring managers including director/VP level.
• Availability for extended hours and onsite-only work.
