📋 Description

• Run a full desk sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding mission-critical candidates.
• Represent SpaceX as the first contact with candidates and partner with client groups.
• Collaborate with teams and drive tasks to completion with autonomy.
• Meet with client groups on headcount, requisitions, and interview feedback.
• Give tours to candidates, attend interviews, and assist with offers.
• Maintain a fast-paced pipeline to attract and manage top talent.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree +1 yr recruiting, or assoc +2 yrs, or 3+ yrs exp as recruiter in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years technical recruiting experience.
• 2+ years SGA recruiting experience.
• Based in Hawthorne, CA onsite full-time; extended hours/weekends as needed.
• High-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers.
