📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering, Product and Design.
• Build sourcing pipelines for competitive engineering roles using AI-assisted sourcing.
• Ensure a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience at every step.
• Leverage AI tools to understand new tech domains and engage with leaders.
• Partner with EPD hiring managers to define role requirements and interview rubrics.
• Track recruiting metrics like pipeline health, cycle patterns, and offer acceptance.

🎯 Requirements

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and design.
• Build sourcing pipelines using AI-assisted sourcing.
• Partner with technical leaders to define role requirements and rubrics.
• Proficient with ATS tools: Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever.
• Track recruiting metrics and pipeline health.
• Experience at Series A–C startups is a plus.
