🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of corporate recruiting experience, with significant experience in technical talent
• Proven experience sourcing and recruiting highly cleared candidates within national security or
• Demonstrated ability to recruit highly technical and highly cleared professionals within demanding
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, candidate assessment, client
• Technical background or strong understanding of technical roles and talent markets is strongly
• Experience managing a high volume of requisitions while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and
