📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate roles.
• Lead recruitment across East Coast and Midwest regions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines.
• Develop sourcing plans and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offers; ensure positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 4-6 years of talent acquisition in the AEC industry.
• Experience sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and active/passive candidate networks.
• Ability to build pipelines and engage passive candidates.
• ATS and HRIS experience; Greenhouse and Rippling preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
