📋 Description

• Build pipelines via direct outreach, communities, events, and referrals.
• Evaluate candidates with technical depth: repos, research, past work.
• Run the full process: screening, scheduling, offers, closing.
• Track the talent landscape to understand where strong people are and market moves.
• Write job descriptions and shape candidate experience so the outside world understands who we are.
• Collaborate with founders to hire across infra, backend, AI research, and product.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years technical recruiting, closing engineering/ML/AI candidates.
• Organized, fast, and detail-oriented.
• Sourcing across industry, academia, and the internet.
• Building a strong network in ML/AI/infra.
• Early-stage or founder-led hiring.
• Evaluating technical work directly - architecture decisions, experiments, research.
