📋 Description

• Source passive and active candidates via networking, research, and calls
• Perform searches: database mining, job boards, direct sourcing, cold calls
• Recruit for technical roles: Network Architect, Storage Admins, Cloud/Automation
• Collaborate with recruiting team and hiring managers to attract talent
• Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and coordinate events
• Post roles on ATS and job boards; screen resumes for fit

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in candidate research/recruitment
• Experience with hardware/software recruitment (developers, infra)
• Strong Boolean and natural language search; social media
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized
• Proven success sourcing in competitive markets; direct sourcing and cold calls
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; leadership skills
