🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment, with 1+ year in high-growth tech startups
• Proven experience recruiting technical roles in a B2B SaaS company
• Hands-on experience recruiting in India, UK and EU markets
• Data-driven recruiting with ATS (Ashby preferred) and Notion
• Strong communication and relationship-building across the organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
