Technical Recruiter (Contract)

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle technical recruiting across multiple functions
• Source candidates via job boards, sourcing tools, communities
• Build talent pipelines for current and future openings
• Deliver best-in-class candidate experience for Doxel
• Drive recruiting process and rigor with hiring managers
• Calibrate interview loops and screening frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in full-cycle technical recruiting
• Experience across Engineering, Product, Data/ML, Design, IT/Security
• Proficient with ATS (Lever, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools
• Strong communication; able to push back on managers
• Comfortable sourcing passive candidates
• Full-time contract, 3–6 months with extension potential
