📋 Description

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive tech talent.
• Meet hiring targets and develop unique full-cycle hiring strategies.
• Partner with engineering to build structured interview plans.
• Manage a pipeline of requisitions balancing speed and quality.
• Maintain data hygiene in Ashby to ensure data accuracy.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting, focus on technical/engineering
• Proven success in high-volume recruitment for software engineering
• Understanding of enterprise tech, cloud platforms, AI/LLM, and data platforms
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech environment
• Excellent project management and ability to handle high-volume and targeted recruiting
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work independently
