Technical Recruiter (Contract)

📋 Description

• Partner with leadership to support full-cycle hiring across technical roles
• Develop sourcing strategies for niche technical positions
• Build pipelines of software, data, DevSecOps, cloud, and cybersecurity talent
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess qualifications
• Create outreach campaigns and engage passive candidates
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve sourcing and automate tasks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience recruiting technical talent
• Ability to evaluate candidate backgrounds and conduct effective recruiter screens
• Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates for difficult-to-fill technical positions
• Experience recruiting within government contracting, GovTech, defense, or federal consulting environments
• Familiarity with security clearances and federal hiring requirements
• Experience recruiting for software engineering, cloud, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, data, AI/ML
