Technical Recruiter

📋 Description

• Serve as the recruiting lead for assigned programs, partnering with hiring managers to define role
• Develop compelling, role-specific job descriptions and postings designed to attract qualified
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, HireEZ, applicant tracking
• Identify, engage, and assess passive candidates for specialized technical and government contract
• Evaluate candidate experience against contract labor categories and determine alignment with PWS
• Partner with proposal teams to develop staffing plans and rapidly identify candidates for capture

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of direct, full-lifecycle experience recruiting technical talent in aviation
• US citizenship is required.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience recruiting candidates for cleared positions, with experience identifying and
• Strong understanding of military aviation and technical talent markets is preferred.
• Experience evaluating candidate qualifications against PWS and SOW requirements and mapping
