Own full-cycle recruiting across Product Design, Design Engineering, and Brand Design

Collaborate with Design Program Manager to boost Ramp's industry presence
Improve hiring processes by adopting new tools and practices

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of recruiting/sourcing, incl. Design hiring
Strong understanding of what differentiates great design talent
Exceptional relationship-building and trust with stakeholders
Strong judgment, attention to detail, and operational rigor
Experimental mindset for new talent strategies
Experience using AI to improve sourcing and engagement
