Technical Recruiter - EMEA [1 year contract]

📋 Description

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to hire software and ML engineers
• Partner with engineering leaders to define hiring needs and long-term talent strategy
• Build targeted sourcing campaigns to attract general and specialized engineering talent
• Lead structured, high-quality interview processes that assess technical excellence
• Improve and scale recruiting systems, tools, and processes to support growth
• Provide data-driven insights on funnel health and time-to-fill

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in technical recruiting hiring software or ML engineers
• Strong business partnership skills and the ability to influence stakeholders using data
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches in a fast-paced environment
• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously
• Excellent written and verbal communication
